Store Policies & Information:
Due to the personal nature of items sold we cannot accept returns. However customer satisfactions is our number one priority. If there is an issue with your item(s) please contact us and we will make it right!
It is the responsibility of the user of the product(s) to use the products properly. Products are for external use only and are not edible. If any products cause irritation, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician. Red's Ranch is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that result from the use/misuse of our products.
We use a large variety of different ingredients to create our products. At some point, one ingredient may come in contact with another ingredient. If you are allergic to any of the ingredients we use in some of our products its important to be aware of the potential cross contamination. If any product(s) cause irritation discontinue use immediately and consult a physician. If you have questions regarding ingredients used in our products please contact us for more information.
Due to the handmade nature of all of our products we cannot guarantee that all products will have exactly the same appearance as shown on the "Shop" page.
Shipping & Processing Information / Policies:
We are currently shipping items out between 1-5 business days depending on the timing of your order. All items are sent via USPS.
Red's Ranch is not responsible for any delays once the package has been handed off to the USPS but will assist in resolving delays as much as possible.
Please double check you have provided the correct address. Please make sure to include your unit # or apartment # if you have one.
In the event that an incorrect shipping address is provided, once the item(s) is returned to Red's Ranch it will only be reshipped once the shipping has been paid in full by the customer again.
Product Questions:
Are your cosmetic products tested on animals?
Never! My husband and I self test all of our products.
Are your cosmetic products vegan?
Yes! Some of our products are vegan and will be stated in the product description.
Is the product packaging biodegradable and/or recycled?
Yes! The film used to wrap our soaps is made by Biolenfin and it is biodegradable and recyclable. All of our containers are PET grade and they are made from recycled materials.
What is the shelf life of the cosmetic products?
The shelf life is 1 year.
Do you use palm oil in your soaps?
Yes, some of our soap recipes use palm oil. We only use RSPO certified palm oil.
Are your products colored with natural colorants or micas?
We use both natural colorants along with ethically sourced micas and biodegradable glitter.

Do you offer custom soap orders?
Yes! If you need a custom order please reach out to us with the details.
Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?
Yes! If you plan to purchase a large quantity of soap of a baby shower, bridal shower, wedding, etc. please contact us with the quantity and specific soap you would like.
